ridgeback-8-5-damascus-hunting-knife-resin
Ridgeback 8.5" Damascus Hunting Knife | Resin

An 8.5" Damascus hunting knife with a 4" blade, a resin handle and a leather sheath, hand-forged to order.

Resin scales hold their color and shape in a way horn and wood cannot, which is why this skinner pairs blue resin with a strip of wood down the center, set with two brass pins. The blade is an upswept 4 inch Damascus edge on an 8.5 inch knife, built for the close work of freeing a hide from the meat beneath it. It ships in the Crownridge belt sheath: char veg-tan leather with a pale natural welt, straw-gold saddle stitching and a strap that closes on a brass stud. About four and a half inches of handle fills the hand.

Specifications

Overall length: 8.5"

Blade length: 4"

Handle length: 4.5"

Steel: Pattern-welded Damascus (1095 / 15N20)

Handle: Resin, full tang

Edge: Plain edge, hand sharpened

Sheath: Crownridge char leather belt sheath, pale welt, straw-gold saddle stitching, brass stud; included at no extra cost

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0768/4925/0439/files/ridgeback-8-5-damascus-hunting-knife-resin-side.jpg?v=1789925668
