ridgeback-9-2-damascus-hunting-knife-stag-and-brass
Ridgeback 9.2" Damascus Hunting Knife | Stag & Brass

A 9.2" Damascus hunting knife with a 4.5" blade, a stag and brass handle and a leather sheath, hand-forged to order.

At about nine inches overall this drop point is built for close work, sized for skinning rather than heavy chopping. Feathered patterning runs through a four and a half inch blade forged in a fire-pattern Damascus, set against a stag horn handle capped with a crown-shaped pommel behind a brass guard. The tang is hidden inside the horn rather than showing at the spine. It ships in the Crownridge belt sheath: char veg-tan leather with a pale natural welt, straw-gold saddle stitching and a strap that closes on a brass stud. Stag needs the same care as any horn: keep it dry, away from heat, and oiled now and then.

Specifications

Overall length: 9.2"

Blade length: 4.5"

Handle length: 4.7"

Steel: Pattern-welded Damascus (1095 / 15N20)

Handle: Stag, full tang

Edge: Plain edge, hand sharpened

Sheath: Crownridge char leather belt sheath, pale welt, straw-gold saddle stitching, brass stud; included at no extra cost

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0768/4925/0439/files/ridgeback-9-2-damascus-hunting-knife-stag-and-brass-side.jpg?v=1789925554
