Shipping Policy

This policy applies to every order placed at crownridgeknives.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington, DC, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on every order of $99 or more.
• $9 flat standard shipping on orders under $99.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees.

Taxes: the checkout total is all you pay

Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no charges after checkout: no carrier fees, no bill at the door.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Made to order. Every knife is forged for you after you order. The lead time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Your knife ships by express courier and arrives 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Engraved items add about 4 business days to the times above. Engraving is $19 for each surface you choose: text or a plain logo, cut into the surface before the knife ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays during severe weather and peak season can add a few days.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase from Crownridge Knives. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you may lawfully receive and possess the item under the laws of your state and locality. Please check your local knife laws before ordering; it is your responsibility to comply with them.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us right away if you need to change an address or cancel. We can usually make changes until the order is packed. Once an order has shipped, address changes are subject to the carrier's policies and fees.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before discarding any packaging and contact us within 30 days of delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but is missing, allow 2 business days for it to turn up (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbours and your building, then contact us. We will replace or refund any order that is lost or damaged in transit.
