We make wholesale runs of any knife in our range for outfitters, guide services, retailers and companies buying gifts, forged to order and checked against the same written standard as every knife on this site. Send the quantity, the models and your date, and we reply within one business day with pricing and a dispatch date.

Who we work with

• Outfitters and guide services: a knife for every client at the end of a hunt, or a matched set for your guides, with your name on the sheath.
• Hunting, outdoor and kitchen retailers: hand-forged Damascus and carbon steel knives for your shelf, each with its leather.
• Companies and events: gifts for clients, staff milestones and award dinners, engraved with a name, a logo or a date.

What we can make

• Your choice of steel and handle from those in the range: pattern-welded Damascus (1095 and 15N20), forged carbon steel or J2 stainless, with wood, stag, bone, horn, micarta, G10 or resin handles.
• Engraving on the blade, the sheath or the handle: a name, a logo or a date, cut into each piece.
• The leather with every knife: a belt sheath on a fixed blade, a slip on a folding knife, a guard on a kitchen knife, one roll for a set and a mask on a hatchet.
• Packaging suited to a retail shelf or a gift box.

How a wholesale order works

1. Tell us what you need. Use the form below or email support@crownridgeknives.com with "Wholesale" in the subject line.
2. Get a quote within one business day. We reply with the price for that run and a dispatch date.
3. Confirm the run in writing. The models, steels, handles, engraving, quantity, price and dispatch date are all agreed before any forging starts.
4. We forge and check every piece. Each knife is checked one at a time against the six checks in our spec standard: edge, handle fit, etch, leather, measurements and the order itself.
5. It ships to you. By express courier to your US address, with a tracking link.

What to put in your enquiry

• Your company or organization, and what the knives are for.
• The quantity, and whether that is one model or a mix.
• The models you have in mind, by name from the site, or the use (field dressing, camp, the kitchen) if you would like us to suggest some.
• Any engraving: the text, or your logo as a clean, single-color file.
• The date the knives need to arrive by, and the delivery address (state is enough to start).

Pricing and lead times

Every run is priced on its quantity, models and engraving, so we quote each one rather than publish a price list. Every knife is forged to order, so the dispatch date depends on the size of the run; the quote gives you that date in writing. If you have an event date, put it in your enquiry and we tell you straight away whether we can meet it.

The standard every piece is made to

A wholesale knife is made and checked exactly as one bought on this site. Our Damascus is pattern-welded from 1095 and 15N20 steel, with the pattern running through the blade, and "Damascus" appears only on a Damascus knife. Every length is held to within 3 mm (about 1/8 inch) of the listing. The spec standard sets out the steels, the measurements and the checks, and our forge shows how each knife is made.

Delivery, warranty and returns

We deliver wholesale runs to US addresses only, by express courier with tracking. The terms for a run, including returns and any warranty you pass on to the people you sell to, are agreed in writing with the quote. Our public warranty and refund policy cover knives bought on this site.

Quick answers

Can we order a mix of models?

Yes. List each model with its quantity and we quote the run as a whole.

Can you engrave our logo?

Yes, on the blade, the sheath or the handle. Send the logo as a clean, single-color file; fine detail and very small text may need simplifying, and we tell you before we cut.

How quickly can you deliver?

It depends on the size of the run, because every knife is forged to order. The quote gives you a dispatch date, and delivery by express courier follows within 5 to 8 business days.

Do you ship wholesale orders outside the United States?

Not yet. We deliver to US addresses only.

Do you sell any restricted designs?

No. Everything we make is a fixed blade, a folding knife that pivots on a lock, or a hatchet, and our terms of service list the designs we never make or sell.
